• Charges 5 MacBook A1185 batteries at the same time.
• 1 hour to recharge a battery to 85% of capacity. The charge rate automatically decreases so as not to overcharge or overheat the MacBook battery.
• Each bay is independent of the others and has its own circuit board.
• A quick scan of the charging LED's tells you the state of charge in each charging bay. Flashing green is charging, solid green is complete. Amber means calibration is necessary. Red means battery error.
• The bottom bay calibrates as well as charges the MacBook battery.
• When the battery needs calibrating, insert it into the bottom bay and simply press the red button. The charger will automatically cycle the battery two times to determine the remaining charge capacity. This information is then communicated to the fuel gauge in the MacBook menu bar. After calibrating, you can trust the fuel gauge to correctly inform you about the battery charge.
